The Geotab Culture

Geotab is filled with diversity. The company has plenty of different cultures within, from local to international employees.

Geotab aims to build a working homely environment which is fitting enough to welcome any kind of culture. We believe there is no better way to understand our customers, than by understanding each first within.

Given that we have busy schedules, from the support team to the technical team, 24hr control room, accountants and sales force within the company; regular social gatherings allows everyone to come together and share their background and lifestyle. As Geotab, we thrive on team efforts and working hand in hand with each other to provide a super-efficient support team to our customers.

Not only is Geotab a fast-growing telematics company but also a fast-growing team, with plenty of UBUNTU, a quality that includes the essential human virtues; compassion and humanity.

Completely agree with this blog. Having worked for Geotab for the past 3 years and built my way up from their call centre to their Sim Card Administrator, I am blessed to recognize them as a second family away from home. A company can only go from strength to strength if their employees feel they can turn to the next person to better assist them with their issues. Building a company culture isn’t about adjusting work performance according to one’s personal preferences, but recognizing that employee input and suggestions can be used to better the work environment for one and all.
