In the long run, we shape our lives, and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And the choices we make are ultimately our own responsibility.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Work without play creates a relatively sluggish working environment. That is why we occasionally organize work socials to create a pleasant working atmosphere for our employees to feel happy and fulfilled in their job. This has also helped strengthen relationships within the work environment.
Employee Empowerment – in partnership with University of Witwatersrand
We are dedicated to empowering all our staff. By implementing measurable Key Performance Areas (KPAs) for each employee, we not only set benchmarks on the quality of work but aiding in the development of staff by increasing its knowledge base and ensuring that they supply customers with the best technical service. We also provide in-house training and tuition aid programs to guarantee continuity in the production of high-quality future leaders that will significantly help meet future skill demands.

Employee Wellbeing
To encourage our staff to exercise, we coordinate a running and cycling club. We participate in the Barron CorporateRun4good and 947 Ride Joburg every year in order to give all our employees the opportunity to relax and relieve their stress by doing something physically productive.
Caring for the Environment
Through our advanced telematics system, we assist all our clients with end-to-end solutions that allow them to easily and effectively minimize their carbon footprint regardless of their fleet size. Geotab Africa fully supports the needs of Electric Vehicles (EVs) with multiple reporting options and real-time data on battery charge percentage and charge status. Furthermore, all our devices are produced of recycled materials and do not contain any mercury or lead, making them disposable and less harmful to the environment.
