Online Support

Below is a link where you can download the GEOTAB Teamviewer/Remote App that allows our Engineers to remotely support you from our offices.

The system works as follows:

  • You call our support desk on 0861-GEOTAB/436-822 , where the guys will try and resolve any issue you may have on the phone, they may request that you install our remote assistance app, which can be found on support link below.

  • You click on link below that will take you to the GEOTAB Box account
  • You download the support file to your PC
  • You will then click on the downloaded file on your PC
  • You will be requested to “Run” the file
  • Click on “Run” and application will pop up on your PC
  • Provide your support Engineer with unique ID that you will see in the popup application
  • Engineer will then take you through support process
