This communication refers to the ability of the software user to dispatch available drivers right from behind their desk. The driver will then be routed to the correct destination with the help of his/her Garmin device.

Drivers can change their statuses to ‘on-the-job’ when they arrive at work and the software user will be able to see changes as drivers select different statuses.
