Suitable candidate should have the required experience and qualities as set out below:

  • Answering of all incoming calls and determine purpose of call and transfer call to correct department.
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them professionally and friendly; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures rules and regulations.
  • Making sure magazines in reception are up to date.
  • Receive and process deliveries.
  • Assist with travel arrangements where necessary.
  • Processing of orders in order book.
  • Maintain front desk procedures including contact information (telephone list) and directions and frequently requested company information.
  • Assist with ISO Procedures and Policies.
  • Assist with maintenance of the office (Plumbing, Electrical and Generator).
  • Assisting the sales team with quotes, following up on outstanding paper work, processing of orders and e-mails.
