The Watchdog Report is crucial for all customers because it is an indicator of which GO devices are communicating and which devices are not. This tool is a great indicator, at a quick glance, of any potential issues and which devices require troubleshooting. Devices that are displayed as offline, could mean that they have been tampered with and unplugged. The dashboard displays the following data:

  • Device count displayed in Green represents healthy devices, that have communicated within the last 2 days.
  • Device count displayed in Yellow represents devices that have been offline for 2 to 3 days.
  • Device count displayed in Orange represents devices that have been offline for 3 to 21 days.
  • Device count displayed in Red represents devices that have been offline for more than 21 days.
