Geotab COVID-19 Lockdown Update

Dear Valued Customers, Suppliers and Partners

In line with the President’s most-recent address, as of midnight Thursday 26th March, South Africa will embark on a nationwide 21-day lock down. All non-essential businesses will be closed and people are urged to stay at home.

Geotab staff will continue to operate remotely as our offices will be temporarily closed to comply with the lockdown. We are fully committed to supporting our network of customers, partners and suppliers, particularly in the essential services sectors. To the best of our ability and within government regulations, we aim to ensure that every organization can continue to function optimally during this strenuous time.

Geotab will continue to operate and perform as follows:

  • Our sales, customer support, and accounts services are fully functional providing assistance online and via telephone.
  • Our cloud-based fleet monitoring services will continue as per normal.
  • Repair services will be operational, under the guidelines and restrictions of the lockdown.
